About the Role

Scottsdale Lock & Key is hiring a Car Lock Out Specialist to provide fast, professional automotive lockout services throughout Scottsdale and the Greater Phoenix area. You will respond to client lockout calls, open vehicles safely without causing damage, and deliver the kind of service that keeps customers coming back.

This is a mobile, hands-on role with a flexible schedule. You will work independently and alongside a team of professionals who take pride in fast response times and quality workmanship. If you are reliable, customer-focused, and good with your hands, we want to hear from you.

🔧 Responsibilities

  • Respond to client lockout requests in a professional and timely manner
  • Use locksmithing tools and techniques to unlock vehicles without causing damage
  • Diagnose and solve technical issues with car locks and key systems
  • Provide outstanding customer service and a positive experience on every job
  • Maintain accurate records of services provided and client interactions
  • Follow all safety protocols and best practices
  • Participate in training to stay current on industry trends and techniques

✅ Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Locksmith or related experience (preferred, not required)
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to manage challenging situations
  • The tools needed for the trade, or the means to purchase them
  • Reliable vehicle of your own
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service
  • Open availability, including weekends
